How to Loose Weight Fast?

Hi my name is Mary Schneider and today I wanna share my experience with you as I’m sure many of you are going through the same process.

Six month ago there was a big change in my life. It felt like a normal day, had breakfast like usual, and if you look at it there wasn’t anything strange about it. But as I was getting dressed up, I looked at myself in the mirror and asked myself has it always been like this?

How did I gain weight without noticing it? How can I feel attractive if I can’t appreciate myself. I felt desperate and remembered the times when thinking about calories wasn’t an issue.

But then I realized that I’ve got to do something about it! I searched the internet and found this. It’s a real way to loose weight without starving to death. For me it’s always been really important to improve without putting to much pressure on your shoulders. So for me the golden rule always was something like:

Accept and love your self already!

Self hatred is standing in the way of you and your goal. If you wanna go this path I recon you leave the self hatred behind!

So after six month I can tell you: THINGS HAVE CHANGED! I lost about 20 pounds! And finally I feel good in my body again, it feels like coming home!
